Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association Plan
During my senior year at the University of Oregon, I enrolled in a strategic planning & case studies class where we created a PR/strategic plan for our client, Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association, in teams. In curating a plan for the client, we were privileged to visit the different wineries and present to the client our solution to the issue they presented us with. In doing this, the plan included a situational analysis, background information, a PEST and SWOT, audience profiles, problem/opportunity statements, goal statements, strategies, tactics, and a timeline and budget plan.
